A quiet position close to lovely Dolo centre. After parking in the forecourt, we were welcomed at this family run hotel and were made comfortable in our room. As suggested, we drove 3 minutes to Dolo for dinner. There was a coffee machine to make coffee in the foyer.

The hotel is well located close to Dolo (10mins walk but do take care as busy road). Bus stop outside hotel to either Venice or Padova. Great restaurants in area. I rented a bicycle in Oriargo which was great to get around. Aurora (manageress) at hotel was very friendly and helpful.

the staff were so friendly and helpful, the location was perfect and the rooms were very comfortable and clean.
